TJX Rewards Cardholders can now access their Rewards Certificates faster than ever before!

TJX Rewards credit cardholders can now receive their Rewards Certificates fabulously fast, within 48 hours of when they are earned, when you choose to access your certificates digitally at tjxrewards.com, in the T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, and HomeGoods apps, and at check out on tjmaxx.com, marshalls.com, and homegoods.com.
If you are enrolled in paperless, electronic statements, you will continue to receive your certificates via email, now within 48 hours of earning.
If you receive paper Rewards Certificates in the mail, you will still receive them each month with your statement.

Where can I view/access my Rewards?

How does the timing of my earned certificates vary based on where I access or how I receive my Rewards?

Does this have any effect on how I earn my Certificates?

What if I make a purchase at one of your online sites?

Points earned on purchases made on tjmaxx.com, marshalls.com, homegoods.com, or sierra.com may take longer to post to your account.

Where can I go to see all my certificates and their current balance?

Registered cardholders can visit TJXRewards.com for your current certificates and balances.
If you are not registered, please follow these steps to do so:

  1. Visit tjxrewards.com
  2. Fill out the requested information and submit

Why does my certificate have zero balance (or less than issue amount) if I just received it in the mail and haven’t shopped with it?

If you receive your Rewards Certificates digitally, you may have already redeemed all or part of this certificate number as your paper certificates are duplicate copies of any digital certificates.

Why do I show negative points balance?

You may see a negative points balance if merchandise is returned after a certificate is issued. Your points balance will be updated with every qualifying transaction and will remain negative until your points return to a positive balance.

I have a certificate from my mailed statement but am not seeing it on tjxrewards.com or on the TJX apps or websites.    

Rewards Certificates you receive in your mailed statement are duplicates of your Digital Rewards Certificates. Because of this, you may have already redeemed these certificates prior to receiving your statement.

Why does the points balance on my statement differ from the points balance on tjxrewards.com?

Your points balance will vary throughout the month based on qualifying transactions. The points balance on your statement is based on the day your statement is issued.

Create a TJX Account

What is a TJX Account?

This is the account you would use to sign in on tjmaxx.com, marshalls.com, homegoods.com or in the T.J.Maxx app, Marshalls app, or HomeGoods app.

If you do not have a TJX account, you can create a one on tjmaxx.com, marshalls.com, homegoods.com, in the T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, or HomeGoods app. Once you create a TJX account in any of these locations you will be able to use those credentials to sign in to the websites and apps mentioned above.

How do I create a TJX account on tjmaxx.com, marshalls.com, or homegoods.com?

If you are on a desktop or tablet, follow these steps:

  1. Select Account at the top right hand corner
  2. When you are prompted to Sign In, click on Sign Up
  3. Fill in your information and click Create Account
  4. Your TJX account is successfully created when you see the Welcome message. You should also receive an email confirming you created an account.

If you are on a mobile device, follow these steps:

  1. Select the menu at the top left hand corner
  2. Scroll to the bottom section of the menu and select Sign In/Sign Up
  3. When you are prompted to Sign In, click on Sign Up
  4. Fill in your information and click Create Account
  5. Your TJX account is successfully created when you see the Welcome message. You should also receive an email confirming you created an account.

How do I create a TJX account in the T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, or HomeGoods apps?

Follow these steps to create and activate TJX account via app:

  1. Click on the “Account” or “Profile” tab, and select “Sign in/sign up”
  2. If you’re on the Sign In screen, click on Create one now at the bottom
  3. Fill in your information (only letters and numbers are allowed in the Name and Email fields, no spaces or punctuation) and click Sign Up
  4. After signing up, you’ll see the Almost Done screen, and an email will be sent to the address provided (be sure to check your spam/promotions folder).
  5. From the email, click on Activate Account, which will confirm your activation.
  6. From the confirmation page, click to open the app

Why should I create a TJX account?

You need a TJX account to link to your TJX Rewards credit card account and access your Rewards Certificates digitally.

Once you link your TJX Rewards credit card account to your TJX account, your Rewards Certificates will be available at checkout on tjmaxx.com, marshalls.com, or homegoods.com within 48 hours of earning, when signed into your TJX account.

Additionally your Rewards Certificates will be available upon signing into the T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, and HomeGoods apps for you to redeem in any TJX store including T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, Sierra, HomeGoods, and Homesense.

Your TJX account can also be used across tjmaxx.com, marshalls.com, homegoods.com, and the T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, and HomeGoods apps.

What accounts are required to link?

To complete the link, you will need the following account credentials:

  1. TJX Account. These are the credentials you would use to sign in on tjmaxx.com, marshalls.com, homegoods.com, or in the T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, or HomeGoods apps . Use these credentials to sign in to tjmaxx.com before starting the linking process.

  2. TJX Rewards credit card account. When you click Link My Card, you will be prompted to use your TJX rewards credit card account credentials. These are the same credentials you would use to pay your bill or check your statement online at tjxrewards.com or within the app.

What is a link?
The link syncs the two accounts together, allowing you to access your Rewards Certificates digitally.

You can link your card on tjmaxx.com, marshalls.com, homegoods.com, or in the T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, or HomeGoods app. You will only need to do so one time in one location to be able to access your Rewards Certificates digitally on all websites and apps.

Find Your TJX Rewards credit card Account Credentials

You will need the credentials for your TJX Rewards credit card account to link your card. These credentials may be different from your TJX account.

How do I know if I have a TJX Rewards credit card account?

If you do not pay your bill or check your statement in the app or online at tjxrewards.com, it is likely your card is not registered and you do not have a TJX Rewards credit card account. You must register your credit card on tjxrewards.com.

Visit tjxrewards.com and select Find User ID or Password or Register under Secure Login.

Having Trouble Linking?

You may be having trouble linking your card because:

1. You’re using the wrong credentials.

In order to link your TJX rewards credit card account to your TJX account, you will need two separate account credentials that are outlined below:

2. Your TJX Rewards credit card is not registered

If you do not pay your bill or check your statement in the app or online at tjxrewards.com, it is likely your card is not registered and you do not have a TJX Rewards credit card account. You must register before linking your card.

3. You Have Received the “We’ve Hit A Snag” Message

Try reopening the app. If your Rewards Certificates still do not populate wait a couple minutes and try closing and reopening again. If you still don't see anything contact us using the number on the back of your credit card

4. You’ve successfully linked your card, but are being prompted to link again.

You may be prompted to re-link your card if:

  1. You changed the User ID on your tjxrewards.com credit card account
  2. Your card was reported Lost or Stolen
  3. Your link has timed out due to security reasons.

If you are still unable to link your card contact us using the number on the back of your credit card.




Register Your TJX Rewards credit card Online

You must register online at tjxrewards.com before linking your card. Registering your TJX Rewards credit card creates an online account where you can pay your bill, check your balance and more.

Go to tjxrewards.com and click Register under Secure Login.

Once successfully registered, use your newly created TJX Rewards credit card account when linking your card.

If you are unable to register contact us using the number on the back of your credit card.




Access Your Rewards Certificates

You must link your TJX rewards credit card account to your TJX app account to access your digital Rewards Certificates. If you have not linked your card see FAQ: About Linking Your TJX Rewards credit card Account

Once you link your TJX Rewards credit card account to your TJX account, your Rewards Certificates will be available at checkout on tjmaxx.com, marshalls.com, or homegoods.com when signed into your TJX account.

Additionally your Rewards Certificates will be available upon signing into the T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, and HomeGoods apps for you to redeem in any TJX store including T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, Sierra, HomeGoods, and Homesense.

How to access in the app: Go to the Rewards tab and click on your balance.

How to access online: When you are logged into your TJX account your digital Rewards Certificates will be available at checkout. If you’d like to check your balance, go to My Account > TJX Rewards tab.

If your balance displays as $0 but you have unused Rewards Certificates try the following:

  1. Refresh the Rewards tab by navigating to a different tab within the app and then back to Rewards.
  2. If your rewards still do not populate wait a couple minutes and try refreshing again.
  3. If you still don't see anything contact us using the number on the back of your credit card.



Redeem Your Rewards Certificates

You must link your card to access & redeem your digital Rewards Certificates. If you have not linked your card see FAQ: How to link your TJX Rewards credit card

How to redeem Rewards Certificates on tjmaxx.com, marshalls.com, or homegoods.com

Once you link your TJX Rewards credit card account to your TJX account, your Rewards Certificates will be available at checkout on tjmaxx.com, marshalls.com, or homegoods.com when signed into your TJX account.

Your Rewards Certificates will appear in the Payment section within checkout. If the Payment section is hidden click Edit. You can only redeem a maximum of 10 Rewards Certificates/gift cards at a given time online.

How to redeem Rewards Certificates in-store

Once you link your card, your Rewards Certificates will be available upon signing into the T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, and HomeGoods apps for you to redeem in any TJX store including T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, Sierra, HomeGoods, and Homesense.

Once you have the T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, or HomeGoods app follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Rewards tab
  2. Log into your TJX account in the app (or the credentials you would use on tjmaxx.com, marshalls.com, homegoods.com or in the T.J.Maxx, Marshalls or HomeGoods app)
  3. When you sign in you will see your Rewards Dashboard
  4. Access your digital Rewards Certificates in the Rewards tab by tapping your balance or the Reward Certificate below My Certificates
  5. Have the cashier scan the Rewards Certificates you wish to use.

How to manually apply Rewards Certificates at checkout

With the new digital Rewards Certificates feature you no longer need to manually upload your Rewards Certificates at checkout on tjmaxx.com, marshalls.com, or homegoods.com.

However, if you are not ready to link your card you can continue to manually apply your Rewards Certificates at checkout in the Rewards Certificates and Gift Cards section. Simply hand-keying in the number and CSC of the Rewards Certificates you wish to redeem.




Digital vs. Paper Rewards Certificates

What are digital Rewards Certificates?
Digital Rewards Certificates are duplicate copies of the Rewards Certificates issued in your paper or electronic billing statement.  Once the full balance of a given certificate has been redeemed, all instances (digital and paper) will have a zero balance.

You will still receive paper Rewards Certificates in the mail if you have not opted to receive your billing statement electronically. If you wish to receive your certificates and statement electronically, login to tjxrewards.com and enroll in electronic statements on your Statements page.

Can I opt out of receiving paper Rewards Certificates?
You can opt out of receiving paper Rewards Certificates by enrolling in electronic statements on tjxrewards.com. Once enrolled, you will receive an email notification when your electronic statement is available. Newly earned Rewards Certificates will be emailed separately and are also viewable on your electronic statements.
